Case Study: Lee Binders Website

Project Overview

Lee Printing Services has been selling high quality binders online since 2002. They presented the project as a re-design – requesting improved photography and a clean, easy to use interface.

They had an exisiting client base of 765 customers that needed to be imported into the system with their contact information.

Once the site was live, we immediately sent an email blast to the existing clients, welcoming them to the new site. In the body of the email we included their unique username and a default password. These permissions are for the site's secure zone, where members can see their order history and change their account settings.

Website Features and Benefits

This site uses Adobe’s content management system – Business Catalyst. Some of the features incorporated:

  • Shopping Cart for direct payment using gateway
  • Secure Zones for customer’s order history and account settings
  • Email Marketing for sending one-off email blasts to the entire customer base – or just a segment.
